New packaging of Step 2. I have difficulty getting the product out of the container even with shaking. Jan Marini Transformation Face Serum - 1 oz (TR0033) Exp:4/25
I've been using Jan Marini for years. You recently changed the packaging of Step 2. I'm having difficulty getting the product out of the container even though I shake it as directed. Do I have a bad container or am I doing something wrong?
