I’ve bought 4 of these within the last year —for myself and family. Two are malfunctioning now. How do I get help? Le Mieux Ionized Oxygen Infuser (00750)

I bought one last March and have been thrilled with it so bought another for my daughter. Recently I bought 2 more as gifts. The first two stopped spraying. We've also had issues with them not charging for periods of time. Now mine is blowing so lightly I can hardly feel it. I hate to think they won't even last a year. I can't seem to get help when I've asked in the past. Do you not stand behind your products?
