Skin Script Glycolic and Retinol Pads Skin Script Glycolic and Retinol Pads - 50 pads (13865)

I recently placed an order and opened the retinol pads with glycolic pads. They were both (2) brown and looked as if they were opened before. I would like to see if can please send me replacements.

The Skin Script Glycolic and Retinol Pads are safe and effective. The active ingredient, Kojic Acid, is darker (dark brown or yellow). First, the solution is applied to the pads; then, heat is used to seal the container. If some Kojic has dripped on the lid and the heat is applied, that is the result you are seeing. The pads are directly from Skin Script and generally always have some darkening due to the effective ingredients.
