Face Reality Mandelic Serum is an alpha hydroxy acid serum containing the correct versions of both l-mandelic and l-lactic acid. L-Mandelic acid has a more significant molecular weight than other alpha hydroxy acids slowing down epidermal penetration and resulting in a more even exfoliation with minor irritation.
