Skin Beauty recommends doing your best to remove any makeup, especially waterproof, before attempting to use your device. It will not likely be "stuck" but may be messy to clean, and using a cotton pad with your device is recommended. Here is a helpful video for at-home use by MY SKIN BUDDY.
