1. Wash and dry the treatment area prior to use.
2. Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) and close the cover.
3. To turn on the device, press and hold the On/Off button for 1 second.
4. Place the device directly on the skin over the desired treatment area for 3 minutes. Do not move or wave the device across the treatment area.
5. The device will auto shut-off after the completion of 3-minute treatment.
