This toner can be spritz on to face directly, it does not need to be used with cotton pads.
I srpay toner directly on face (versus cotton ball) then fingertip brush across forehead, cheeks, neck. etc. Anything wrong w/this? thank you. Skin Script Cucumber Hydration Toner
